Our story
1993: Tourmondeur foundation
Founded and still managed by Guido Baldi, Les Tourmondeur S.A.R.L. is a maritime agency created in Menton (South of France) in 1993. Since the beginning of the company, Guido Baldi, thanks to his professional trainings, has followed with particular attention both the Italian customers and, in a wider range, the international customers.
The agency's activity has rapidly developed thanks to the success of the French nautical leasing opportunities and the consolidation of a vast network of French and Italian banking partners as well as the meeting of nautical professionals, shipyards, dealers and brokers.
2016: Tourmondeur Mandatory of insurance brokerage
The arrival of Dr Paolo Boneschi in the Tourmondeur’s staff added great value to our services since Paolo is an holder of registration in the Register of Insurance Mediators. It has allowed to extend the agency services in favor of our customers.
2017: Acquisition of the Limited British Rising Tide Yachting
The growing request of registrations of pleasure and charter boats in the British Registries and the interest in operating directly on the territory of the United Kingdom, has suggested the acquisition of 100% of the shares of RTY Ltd London from 1 January 2017.
2018: 25 years of passion and engagement in service for our clients
